I wonder whether famous rich people like these kinds of lists. Is Oprah upset she makes less than Bill Gates? Is Stephenie gutted that James Patterson made almost twice as much? Did she phone number three on the list, Stephen King, to have a good gloat? Or would they rather us nosy folks stayed well out of their bank accounts? It can’t be easy, going into a bar with your mates and everybody expecting you to get the drinks in.
