Annie Clark aka St. Vincent

Twilight bashers, feast on this! The Twilight soundtrack has some of the hippest indie bands currently on the planet, including Thom Yorke, Death Cab for Cutie, Grizzly Bear, and most recently, and St. Vincent! Annie Clark from St. Vincent thinks it’s “awesome”.

Annie Clark, aka St. Vincent, was amazed at being included on the soundtrack. In an interview with Pitchfork, she also saw it as an opportunity for “nine-year-old kids picking it up and having their universe expanded a bit.”

“it’s awesome to be included on anything that has Thom Yorke on it and Grizzly Bear, and that’s good company for sure. (…) if I had this soundtrack, if my 13-year-old self could’ve been exposed to Grizzly Bear, I probably would’ve been a little further along and probably better off,” Clark pondered.
Well, who knows what 9 year old music talents might be picking up this soundtrack!
